THE FOUNDER
Jay Sawant
Jay's journey in aviation began in 2022 when he started his flight training in the United Kingdom. At just 23, he earned his Private Pilot License (PPL), marking the first step in what would become a deeply passionate pursuit of a career in aviation. Realizing his unwavering dedication to flying, he set his sights on becoming a commercial pilot and moved to the United States to continue his advanced training.
However, along this journey, Jay also became acutely aware of the financial barriers that prevent many talented and passionate individuals from following their dreams in aviation. Flight training is an immense financial undertaking, and many aspiring pilots—despite their skill and determination—never get the chance to step into a cockpit.
Driven by a strong sense of purpose and a deep desire to give back to the aviation community, Jay founded this charity in 2025. His vision is simple yet powerful: to ensure that financial constraints do not stand in the way of those who are destined to fly. Through this organization, he is committed to empowering and uplifting aspiring pilots, providing them with the financial support and resources needed to take off on their own aviation journeys.
